①The paint has low viscosity, too much spraying at one time, and the coating is too thick.
②When spraying, the operating angle and distance are not appropriate, or the moving speed of the spray gun is too slow, resulting in uneven coating.
③Uneven spray air pressure.
④ Too much slow-drying agent is added to the paint, causing the paint to dry too slowly.
⑤The caliber of the spray gun is too large.
⑥The paint contains dense pigments, and the mixing is uneven.
⑦The surface of the coated object is too smooth.
⑧ Too high relative humidity on site and too low temperature, resulting in slow drying of paint and excessive flow of paint.

Solution
①The viscosity of the paint is well formulated, and the thickness of the coating should not exceed 30um at a time.
② Correct the operation method, operate everything according to the operation standard, and control the appropriate spray gun moving speed.
③Add compressed air storage device to maintain stable air pressure during construction.
④ Choose the corresponding thinner according to the seasonal climate change. And control the mixing ratio and drying speed.
⑤ Choose a suitable caliber spray gun according to the actual situation, generally 1.5-2mm.
⑥ The paint should be fully stirred many times during construction.
⑦ Ensure proper roughness on the surface of the object to be coated, and carefully polish each layer.
⑧ Control the relative humidity of the work site, add a mandatory drying device, shorten the drying time, and reduce the influence of the seasonal climate on the work.
