Solution
① Pay attention to normal operation and even connection.
②Clean the spray gun and pay attention to maintenance.
③Pay attention to improving technology.
④ Change to high-quality paint.
⑤Adjust the viscosity of the paint.
⑥ Stir evenly before spraying.
⑦Spray enough oil on the bottom layer, and polish it smoothly after drying.
⑧The temperature of drying room is controlled between 35℃～45℃.
⑨Adjust the air compressor pressure and control it within the standard pressure.
