cause
①The viscosity of the paint is too high and the stirring time is too long.
②The coating is too thick and the solvent is difficult to volatilize.
③The matching curing agent is not used or the curing dosage is too much, and the storage time is not enough.
④The thinner is not matched, or the thinner volatilizes too fast.
⑤There is oil and moisture on the surface of the painted workpiece.
⑥ The temperature of the construction environment is too high or the humidity is too high.
⑦Insufficient oil-water separation in the air compressor.
⑧The spraying air pressure is large, the caliber is small, and the spraying distance is long.
⑨The former coating is not completely dried, and the latter coating dries too fast.

Solution
①The paint construction viscosity is properly adjusted and placed for a period of time before use.
②The first coating should not be too thick, not more than 30um.
③The curing agent is used as a complete set, and the ratio is strictly based on the weight ratio. When drying at high temperature, be sure to allow sufficient time for the solvent to evaporate.
④ Use diluent for supporting.
⑤The surface of the workpiece is cleaned before construction.
⑥Appropriately add moisture-proof agent and slow dry water.
⑦Drain oil and water regularly and overhaul the separator.
⑧ Adjust the air pressure, generally 0.6Mpa, and master the spraying distance.
⑨When spraying multiple times, the drying time between coatings should be sufficient.
