Disadvantages: blistering

cause
① The paint itself is poor in water resistance.
②The thinner is unreasonably selected and volatilizes too fast.
③There is oil and water on the surface of the coated object.
④ The ambient temperature is too high, the humidity is too high, and the ventilation is poor.
⑤The coating is too thick and the solvent is difficult to volatilize.
⑥ The wood has a high moisture content, so it should be constructed without drying.
⑦After the curing agent is added to the paint and stirred evenly, the time is not enough.
⑧ The air compressor and separator do not separate well.
⑨ The air pressure is too high, and there is too much air mixed in the paint.

Solution
① Use water-resistant and moisture-resistant paint.
②Add slow drying water to adjust the volatilization speed.
③Keep the surface of the coated object dry and clean.
④ Avoid placing the coating in a location with high temperature and high humidity.
⑤It should not be too thick, and the one-time coating should not exceed 30um.
⑥ The moisture content of wood is required to be equivalent to the local equilibrium moisture content.
⑦ After stirring, let it stand for 15 minutes. (25℃)
⑧Drain oil and water regularly and overhaul the separator.
⑨Adjust the air pressure to the normal value.
